How It Started
The relationship with this orphanage began with a practical need: the children needed food, and the ministry had the means to help provide it.
Champion Factory Ministry began making regular deliveries to the facility years ago, bringing meals and building familiarity with the staff and children over time. Those early visits were straightforward. Deliver what is needed. Show up again. Keep the commitment.
What the team could not have anticipated was what that consistency would grow into.
What Consistent Support Has Made Possible
Thousands of meals have been delivered to the orphanage through Champion Factory Ministry's ongoing outreach, supported by donors and volunteers who give regularly to make it possible.
Beyond meals, the ministry has provided diapers, nutritional supplements including Ensure and protein products, and other essential care items that help the staff manage the health and daily needs of the children in their care. These are not extraordinary items. They are the basics that allow a facility to function well, and their absence would be felt immediately.
"When you show up with the same supplies, month after month, you stop being a visitor," said one team member who has made regular trips to the facility. "The staff trusts you. The kids recognize you. That relationship is what makes everything else possible."
The consistency of the ministry's support has allowed staff to focus more attention on the children and less on sourcing what they need to care for them.

Watching Children Grow Up
One of the most significant things the ministry has witnessed over the years is children growing from young kids into adults within the same community.
Adoptions from this facility are less common than many people might expect. As a result, a number of the children who grew up there have remained connected to the orphanage into adulthood. Some have come back to work there, helping care for the next generation of children the way they were once cared for themselves.
"We have watched kids we first met years ago become staff members," said Robert Medina, who has led many of the ministry's visits to the facility. "That is not something you expect to see. It is a real family. They built it themselves."
That continuity within the orphanage reflects a culture of care that runs deeper than any single donation or delivery. It is something the ministry has been honored to be part of, even from the outside.
A New Door Opens: Adoption and Mentorship
Through the trust built with the orphanage staff over many years, Champion Factory Ministry was recently able to connect a couple interested in adoption with the facility.
That introduction was a direct result of the relationship the ministry had already established. The staff knew the ministry. They trusted the people bringing this couple to them. That trust made the conversation possible.
The opportunity, though, extends beyond one adoption. The couple also carries a vision for mentorship, specifically for young adults and college students. They have expressed a desire to establish faith-based communities and Christian clubs on campuses and in spaces outside traditional church settings, creating environments where young people can grow in their faith and find meaningful community.
Champion Factory Ministry sees this as the beginning of something larger: a bridge connecting the children and young adults of this orphanage to mentors, educational environments, and a broader community of faith.

What This Partnership Reflects
The work at this orphanage is a clear example of what long-term relational investment produces.
A one-time donation provides a meal. A sustained partnership produces trust, and trust produces opportunity. The adoption connection, the mentorship vision, and the young adults now serving on staff are all outcomes that trace back to a ministry that kept showing up, year after year, with supplies, presence, and genuine care.
This is the model Champion Factory Ministry applies across all of its partnerships: build the relationship first, let the relationship open doors that provision alone never could.
