Thank you for supporting Champion Factory Ministry. Your generosity makes it possible for us to serve vulnerable communities across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines. This Donation Policy outlines how we receive, process, and steward the gifts entrusted to us.
Champion Factory Ministry is committed to responsible, transparent stewardship of every donation we receive. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in California. Our EIN is 41-4910669. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
We use donations to fund our programs, including street outreach, addiction recovery support, orphanage partnerships, crisis response, and international mission work. We are committed to keeping administrative costs low so that the majority of every dollar reaches the communities we serve.
Donations can be made through the following channels:
We accept both one-time and recurring donations.
One-time gifts are processed at the time of your transaction.
Recurring gifts are processed automatically on the schedule you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may update or cancel your recurring gift at any time by contacting us at support@championfactoryministry.org or by calling (858) 316-8408. Cancellation requests received before your next scheduled processing date will take effect for that cycle. Requests received after processing has occurred will apply to the following cycle.
Champion Factory Ministry directs donations to fund our programs and operational needs. When you designate a gift for a specific program or initiative, we will make every reasonable effort to honor that designation.
If a designated program is discontinued, fully funded, or otherwise unable to receive the gift as directed, we reserve the right to redirect the donation to where it is most needed in the ministry. We will notify you in such cases and offer you the option to redirect or receive a refund of the unspent designated amount.
Undesignated gifts are applied at the discretion of ministry leadership to support programs and operations where the need is greatest.
Donations to Champion Factory Ministry are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction. To request a refund, contact us at support@championfactoryministry.org with your name, donation amount, date of transaction, and reason for the request.
All donors who provide a valid email address will receive an electronic donation receipt at the time of their gift. Annual giving summaries are available upon request for tax reporting purposes.
Champion Factory Ministry does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation.
If your employer offers a matching gift program, your donation to Champion Factory Ministry may qualify for a match. Contact your employer's HR or corporate giving department for details and to request the appropriate documentation from us.
We gratefully accept in-kind donations of clothing, food, hygiene supplies, and other items that support our outreach programs. In-kind donations are accepted subject to current program needs and our capacity to receive and distribute them.

Champion Factory Ministry does not provide formal appraisals for in-kind donations. Donors are responsible for determining the value of in-kind gifts for tax purposes.
