Champion Factory Ministry is committed to telling our story with honesty, dignity, and respect for every person we serve. This Media and Photo Policy governs how we capture, use, and share images, video, and other media connected to our ministry work.
The communities, families, and individuals we serve have often experienced significant hardship. We are committed to representing them with dignity and compassion in all media we produce or publish. We do not use imagery that exploits, demeans, or sensationalizes the circumstances of the people we work with.
Every photo, video, or story we share is intended to communicate hope, demonstrate impact, and honor the people at the center of it.
Champion Factory Ministry and its authorized team members may photograph or film ministry activities, outreach events, and program locations for documentation, storytelling, and promotional purposes.
By participating in a Champion Factory Ministry event, outreach, or program, participants acknowledge that photography and video may be taken and used by the ministry for the purposes described in this policy.
Where reasonably possible, we seek verbal or written consent from adults before photographing or filming them in a ministry context. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform a team member, and we will make every effort to accommodate that request.
We take the protection of children seriously. Champion Factory Ministry requires parental or guardian consent before photographing, filming, or publishing any image or video in which a minor is identifiable.
In settings where obtaining individual consent is not practical, such as large community events, we take reasonable steps to avoid capturing identifiable images of minors without prior consent.
In situations involving survivors of trafficking, abuse, addiction, or other sensitive circumstances, we do not publish identifying images or personal details without explicit informed consent. In many cases, we choose to share stories without any identifying imagery at all in order to protect the safety and privacy of those involved.

If you are a member of the press, a partner organization, or an individual who wishes to use Champion Factory Ministry's photos, videos, or written content, please contact us in advance at support@championfactoryministry.org.
Unauthorized use of Champion Factory Ministry media, including reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission, is not permitted.
Volunteers, partners, and supporters who photograph or film ministry activities may be invited to share that media with us. By submitting photos or videos to Champion Factory Ministry, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that media for ministry purposes as described in this policy.
Please ensure that any media you submit was captured with the knowledge of those photographed and does not include identifiable images of minors without parental consent.
If you believe an image or video featuring you or your minor child has been published by Champion Factory Ministry without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at support@championfactoryministry.org. We will review the request promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or obscuring the image.
